Easter Egg Hunts and Activities in New Jersey

 

Easter is right around the corner and we know you are wondering where the best Easter Egg Hunts are going to be this year in the Garden State. Well, have no fear, our New Jersey Bus Service knows exactly where to go. Nonetheless, it is important to remember that there are other interesting Easter activities besides egg hunting. Easter Egg Hunt on Horseback

Head over to Acres Away in Flemington between now and 30th of April anytime between 9am and 5pm for an egg hunt on horseback. This event is suitable for both adults and children; the adults will go for a one-hour hunt in search of alcohol and chocolate-filled Easter eggs. The children, on the other hand will go on a fifteen minute long hand-led horseback hunt. The kids’ eggs will be filled with candy, toys, and chocolate. The organizers at Acres Away recommend that you call at least 24 hours before you intend to visit the venue in order to secure a spot for yourself and your companions. The price per ticket is $55 for adults and $15 for children.

Parade and Egg Hunt

If you love parades, you are definitely going to love this one. Head over for a combined Parade and Egg hunt in Manville, Somerset County on the 24th of March. The event will begin with the Easter Bunny Trail, which is designated for kids between 1 and 3 years of age. After the bunny trail, all the children will get dressed up and decorate their wagons, bikes, strollers, etc. in readiness for Manville’s Easter Parade. After the parade, the egg hunt will begin at roughly 1pm on Weston Playground with participants being segregated into various age groups, so don’t forget to bring a basket for each family member. The Easter Bunny will also be roaming around, so bring your camera and capture the moments. This is absolutely free for all, but the organizers urge participants to bring canned food that will be donated to the less fortunate in the community.

The Mansion

Head over to the Mansion on Main Street, Voorhees. Get there as early as 8am on the 1st of April and let the kids enjoy the Easter egg hunt before breakfast commences at 10am. Meet the Easter Bunny and take photos with him then proceed to breakfast where you will find traditional eggs, waffles, and omelets before moving on to the main lunch items. These will include white fish, roasted prime rib, pasta, and more. For dessert, you will have at your disposal, Ice cream, cakes, and many more sweet endings.
